It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. if you want to bulk then high carbs. i you are trying to cut then carbs for post-workout meal and breakfast IMO, although I have seen a lot of guys say that they only eat carbs after a workout while cutting. I'm on fina and I eat everything but try to keep it clean. Mostly salads, chicken, lean beef, oatmeal, and protein shakes, and pastas. If you're bulking then just eat.
