I am currently trying to cut about ten pounds off. I am not a bb. I lift 3 times a week and do cardio 3-5 times a week. I seem to feel better on a low carb diet. I am thinking of doing a diet that is 50 carbs a day, all taken at one time, preferably after my workout in the evening.(6pm). My question is does it matter what type of carb i take in. I know that it would be best to take in some low glycemic carb or some sweet tarts but i was wondering if i had lets say ice cream or crackers that added up to 50 gram. I am not competing i am just looking to get to about 9-10 percent bodyfat. will i be getting no where with this strategy. thanks
