low carb diet?and supplement

I wsa wondering if anyone knows a site where i can get a low carb diet or if anyone has one to email to me. I can't preform searches on my computer so it is hard fo rme to find one.Also, if anyone has advice on which stacker they prefore(ex. hydroxycut, xenadrine, et..)that would be appriciated as well.
