I have a question about low carb diets. Please only respond if you have personal expereince on this matter. i am not looking for someone that reads a every post on the board and thinks they know everything, but infact they just have read other peoples posts, and have no personal expereince.
If creatine monohydrate is used during a low carb diet will this help prevent any of the 10 or so lbs of water loss that occur in the first week? I would like to prevent losing this water if possible or minimizing it. I realize carbs hold water and creatine makes you retain intramuscular water so I don;t know if this will happen or not.
Also in terms of the water loss about how many days does it usually take before your body drops all the water and begins burning fat. (I don't mean how long does it take to get into ketosis.) It seems like its a week but I never really payed attention.
