I dont need a lecture on frying. I just want to know if there is a Low Calorie Oil to Fry with. I see all of them from Vegetable to Smart Balance all have 120 calories per serving. Can I do better then 120?
Thanks but I read the site and just a rehash of the basics. Pretty much told me what I already know. I gather there IS NO LOW CALORIE FRYING OIL. Whoever makes one would make a fortune. Hard to beleive there is not one. When you can buy butter spread with 5 cal/serving.
It's called omega oil and it's 80 cals for 2 tsps. I went to the "find a store" part of the website and it lists stores they sell the "president's choice blue menu" labels at. I'm not sure if any of them are in the USA though but you could check out the list.
