Low Blood Pressure?

Question #1: I never had problems with low BP. Is it normal to develop LBP in middle age from natural causes like body changes, etc?

Question#2: Is it only the cause of anything else we can think of?

I had relatively normal blood pressure through out childhood and teenage years. Once I had my second child my normal BP was below average. I still to this day have extremely low BP. Dr's say it is nothing to worry about, just add more greens and red meats to my diet. When asked why my BP reduced and stayed this low, I was told that it was just due to my body being the way it is. After childbirth I also had extremely low iron (still do) and also low calcium.

Could be your diet, could be medications that you are taking, dehydration, and endocrine disorders.

What's your definition of low blood pressure? 120/70 or 80/50? Age? Health problems?

Very thin females often have hypotension.

Low blood pressure is pressure so low it causes symptoms or signs due to the low flow of blood through the arteries and veins.
