Losing water-weight

Just started 6th week of my test E/EQ cycle. Haven't been running an anti E the last few weeks because I ran out and just now ordered some more. I don't really have a problem with estrogen sides so it didn't concern me alot because I've been eating like hell and bulking up. But now I'm starting to cut calories little by little and gettin ready to go into a fat loss phase. I'm runnin the test at 500mg a week and the EQ at 400 mg a week. I've got 4 more weeks to go on the test, and I'm gonna run the EQ on out for 9 more weeks so that I'll be on some sort of anabolic in order to help maintain muscle during the intense cutting phase when calories get really low and I'm running T3/clen in about 3-4 weeks.
I'm gonna start taking arimidex next week in an effort to prevent any more water bloat. I was wondering if it's gonna be possible to actually lose the water bloat that I already have while still on the test/EQ and EQ alone if I start running an anti-E? Also, what are some other things I can do/take to help strip my body of excess water while cutting? Not looking to take anything that's gonna deplete my body to the point of cramping or causing any other dehydration related problems, but I do wanna get rid of all the excess that isn't needed so I can get those striarations and veins showing when body fat gets low. :) All answers and tips appreciated.

how's your cardio?

Increasing while calories decrease. I do cardio workouts that are based around building speed and explosiveness. About 1/2 mile run to hill/levy then sprints across levy with parachute and a few hills after that. Can't do many right now because I've put alot of weight on from bulking and it kills my calves, but as weight decreases, speed and endurance increase and the amount of sprints and hills I run increases. Also gonna add some heavybag and speedbag workouts a few times a week after my regular cardio because I feel like my hands have gotten heavy and slow from putting on weight.

You sprint across the levy with a dragchute right?

I guess that's it. I think speedchute is the name of the one I have. Got it from Eastbay, had it for years. Gonna add some tire work on short sprints to work on takeoff a couple days each week once I get in a little better shape
