losing my virginity!

hey guys,
first post here. not a newbie to the workout scene, and i do know a bit about AS, but havent done them yet. someone please design me a cycle. i read sk's post and many others about what a newbie should and shouldnt do, but i believe that these things should be based on an individual level. i am 6'1" 200lbs. would like to bulk up and lose some bf. i was planning on an EQ/test/winny (or deca) cycle as my first, but would like some feedback if possible. as my name suggests, i was in the 3rd batt 75th ranger regiment from 90-94; and yes i was in the Mog. thanks for the help.

ps- i am not in the shape i was in when i was inthe army....
 
no one will make a cycle for you,it takes too long,plus you need to do some researching of your own.Post your stats and your ideas about a stack,and we will elaberate.
 
i'll tell you what i think, the best "first" cycle is as follows, 500mg sust per week, 400mg deca(or eq), and 25mg dball per day(first four weeks) test and deca for 8 weeks.
 
Try test (500mg) and EQ(300-500mg) for 10 weeks but drop the eq at week 9. That would be a great first cycle. Clomid therapy after and .5mg of arimidex ED during.

BTW gaining a little muscle and losing bf at the same time is very possible, but it is often better to concentrate on one or the other so as not to waste your cycle. Try getting pretty lean first so you can bulk pretty hard w/o worrying about getting too fat. If you do want to do both to a large degree in the same cycle though you should use some tren imo. My 2 cents.

That's a good one, and my first one. Put on 27 pounds and kept 22.
 
hang around and do some research. yoiu will find whats right for you. i have been researching since march and just started mine 3 weeks ago. already gone from 191# to 202#. lots of info on this board. use it wisely and good luck.
