losing confidence in myself...

I keep working my ass off at the gym. But for some reason i still can't gain much muscle mass. I don't know what im doing wrong. I just wish i could start seeing the results of my hard work. I'm really starting to wonder what im doing all this for. The only thing i have to show for my hard work is a little bit of tone. I've been really patient but now im wondering is it really worth all the time and effort i put into it. I just wish i could see some improvement. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

have you ever considered a Bowflex? It did wonders for Chuck Norris...

First of all, you have to eat big in order to grow. I don't know what your metabolism's like, but if you eat bulk foods like steak, potatoes, whole grain rice, fish, chicken, pasta, eggs, etc. as well as fresh fruit/veggies, and get adequate rest after workouts, you should be able to make some good gains.

LOL

You're an asshole Gambinoe. Sure you're not from Jersey:)

you should post this in the training forum and include your training split/diet for some feedback from the other people who actually workout.

LOL@"from the other people who actually workout."

bro, you posted pretty much this same thread about a week ago.....gains take time, hard work, pain and dedication.

assess your diet, training, sleep, etc and make sure everything is in order.

if you are not seeing gains, I can almost guarantee that you are not eating right.
