I finished my first cycle about 4mos ago and ever since I have slowly been losing bicep strength, while retaining most all strength in other areas. I dont know what the problem is. It's only my biceps. Here is my workout for bi's:
3 sets DB hammer curls
10 x 40lbs
8 x 45lbs
6 x 50lbs
3 sets Z bar standing curls
10 x 65
8 x 85
6 x 105
3 sets preacher curls
10 x 60
8 x 80
6 x 95
Any ideas????
