Losing A Belly

I have been told that running & cardio will lose the weight off my legs and shoulders first, and sit ups will only push the fat out further.

Is a good diet the only option left ????

Welp I was never fat, but my stomach wasn't learn either. When I did my first cutting cycle I noticed stomach fat (especially that lower pouch) was the last to go. It took diet and cardio to make it all happen. I got a 6 pack for the first time in my life.
 
a good diet should always be your first option! you cannot expect to get serious results while eating junk and doing cardio.

so a good diet + weights + cardio is your best bet.
