I have been taking creatine for a year straight now, low dose 2.5grams to 5grams depending on my supply. Within that year if i ran out of creatine, I would lose about 7lbs of water in the cells of the muscle. Then when I came across money I just would go buy more and gain the 7-8 lbs back. whithin that year of creatine use i did get my bodyweight up to 177-180 from 157-160.180 was my juice weight 10 years ago when I used them. Funds are tight so I dont have endless supplies of creatine, whey, glutamine, and multi's. I was just wondering, but I am goin to go ahead and get some more and just take 2.5 to 5 grams a day while on cycle. Then when its time for pct up the dosage and yes I already have my serm's and supplements on hand. Thanx for the input. Also this is the first cycle Im runnin with the proper nohow due to this site.
