Loosing weight while on?!

Damn yo! I started @ 185lbs and went I went on dbol (30mg) I cut out all Creatine and took Airmidex as well (11 days later I weigh 180lbs). Could it be that the 5lbs was water retention from the creatine and with the Airmidex made the water lost greater? I'm showing gains in size, and my abs are showing though like never before (more of a ripped look) but the scale tells me I lost close to 6-7 lbs. I'm about to go on to my second week of dbol/test should I start gaining weight soon?
BTW my strength is just starting to increase on close to my second week. I'm eating a ton of good food and 1gm protein per # of my body.

It would be a good

guess at the creatine and water retention, also if your diet is really good you'll have BETTER gains as opposed to fat and water, arimidex reduces bloat a bunch

i'd suggest upping the protein a little bit for growth at least 1.5-2gm/lb of body weight.

also, why did you decide to cut out the creatine?
 
I figured I was already giving my liver hell, plus I wanted to see what the true gains from AAS were. Besides I can't stay on Creatine for the rest of my life. I will increase the protein intake. The Arimidex has nothing to do with the weight loss?
 
My diet consists of:

3 eggs (scambled in microwave)
Protein shake (breakfast)

Chicken Breast
Protein shake (lunch)

Snack in afternoon (usally cottage cheese)
Nuts/yogurt/Banana

Chicken/Tuna/Lean Pork (Dinner)
Protein shake

Lean Roast Beef Sandwich around 8:00pm

1 Gallon of water per day/ 1 gallon of Cranberry juice/week


What do you guys think? N'Large is the protein shake, I know it has a ton of Carbs but that should help for bulk.
 
Sorry to tell you this, but your diet is off.

You need to get more technical and count calories. At your bodyweight, you need AT LEAST 3300 cals. I would shot for 3800.

And ditch the cranberry juice, unless you are making it from scratch, it would do shit for your liver.

Switch to a whey protein with no carbs, and leave the nlarge for postworkout only.

Oatmeal, beans, Bulgur, Brown rice, Tuna, olive oil... That's what you need.
 
:( Damn yo! That's all I can cram in my gullet! I throw potato's in on lunch most times, I was just outlining my main meat sources. BTW I'm 180lbs @ 6'4" @ 8-9% BF.
 
Take pictures of yourself once a week and look compare those. If you are making progress you will be able to tell a difference.
