lower your sodium intake and up your potassium intake
also, for me, a shitload of unnecessary carbs (ie, boozing on a friday and saturday) causes me to hold a lot o H20 so reevaluate your carb timing/carb sources and total carb intake

Drink a lot of water and it will help flush your body.
Stay away from lasix!!! Your not a pro and don't know who to take it. Trust me bro!
