Looking to tone up, and maybe start

I have lost about 50 pounds and feel like I need to tone up a bit. I look awkward. I need advice on where to start. I walk/run every day, that's about it in the exercise department. I know I need to hone my diet. I'm not that big a girl so I don't know really even where to start.

Hi tryin2tone, welcome to EF! If you read the stickys they will give you done great information to start off. If you list your diet and more information (height, weight etc) it would make it easier for us to try to help you :)
 
Ok. I can do that.
I'm 5'3 150 pounds. And my diet is where I need the help. Right now, I'm eating 3 eggs for breakfast, a banana midmorning, for lunch ill have a ham and cheese sandwich on wheat bread, then for supper ill have pork or chicken and a vegetable, brocolli, green beans or peas.
