Looking for the short answer on gh

I have used gh with other supps in the past with good results. How would just gh and dieting do for reducing bf from 14% to 6%?

don't know your genetics or other factors, but short answer, yes it can do that by itself, but i am not sure how long it would take. i am taking it, and i eat whatever i want for the most part, and i am still losing bf.
 
I have fairly good genetics, and I know given my age my gh levels are practically nil compared to a teenager. I am 39, almost 40. I am gonna use a clean diet as well.
 
I'm trying to stretch 5-6 gh kits out near a full year. I think i'll 20 weeks at 2iu then 20 weeks at 3iu.
 
I had used it for 6 weeks before at 4 iu for five days on 2 days off
 
The older you are I think ,the harder it is. My diet is almost picture perfect and I don't think my BF is much below 11% but I might be wrong. I work out 5 or 6 days for an hour each day. I don't do much cardio as I know it would help a little,very little in fact.The fact that I have been on HGH for 3 years should tell you something. I'm 53 but put my heart and soul into my work outs. In answer to your question :yes it would if your still 20 or 30 maybe 40 but for my old age" no fucken way".
 
Well, then I got a good 10-15 years left before I succumb to nature

Diet alone can make this happen if highly motivated, rHGH will definitely provide a boost.

Low carb diet with 2-4 IU rHGH provides fat loss reduction at a modest clip if motivated.

How much time are you giving yourself to reach you goals?

IMO the level of importance here is:
1. Diet
2. Cardio/Weights
3. rHGH
