Looking for some reall advice

Hi, first off. Hello- Good Morning, Good After-noon and Good Evening from where ever you may live at.

I am very new to this forum as you can see....lol

But, I have read the forum for about 4 weeks so far and need to get answers to my problem of embarressment of this weight.

I am 33, and 5' 7" and i should not be looking like this. And I am not prowd of it either. So im looking for some really truly and SAFE way to resolve my situation. So i can feel good about myself one day. And that is hopeing to by on my birthday soon to come.

Im a 5' 7" Male and weigh about 105 lbs. Wet, if at that...lol
I am Skinny Ripped. (If you know what i mean).

Im trying to head in the correct direction on bulking.
Bulking meaning, looking BUFF But not to crazy...
Just looking to gain about 75 lbs and look nice and descently BUFF.

--- NO, I am not asking for sources at all..

Just need to know what to look for, for a first timmer using. Meaning this...

As a first stage, should i use DECA for 5 weeks, then 6 weeks off.?
And then use Fina with Deca, after the 6 weeks vacation from it ?
When using DECA? For another 5 weeks ?
Should i be using 1cc's Mondays and Thurdays only, every week once a day?

Are Primos what im also looking for to bulk up in Muscle mass ??

Is D-bol good for bulking from a 105 lb male looking to get ripped?
What i should look out for in the Good Medicen Cabenet?.....lol
What should i stay away from, from the Bad Medicen Cabenet?

What are the percentages of protein i should be intaking for this type of weight and height.
What are the proper Carb's intake amounts i should be in-taking for this type of body weight?
Will 4000 Cal Diet be correct for a 105 lb male to bulk up.?

And last: What are the correct foods to Avoid for Bulking up?
and what are the correct foods to in-take for Bulking up?

If a person is on a tight budget for the time being, What would you suggest to get the great results?

So far i have started to eat tons of:
Steak, Oatmeal, Pasta, Tuna, Chicken, Fish, Trout, Rice and Nitrotech. And drinking 4 gallons of water a day.

How many meals should i eat per day for this class of body weight and height to gain bulk and massive muscle, but not to the crazy end?.

Welcome to the board:) Now let's get right to the point you have no business even considering steroid use at this time. What you need is a good training program and lots of food , creatine and a good MRP. At 105 4000 calories a day should be ample if you can injest more do so. The foods that you listed are good just eat more of them add eggs and milk. No need to drink 4 gallons of water a day 6 quats are plenty. Christ when do you have time to eat drinking all that water. Eat five to six times a day, one meal should be a fairly high calorie MRP right before bed.

Do not do cardio, and do not over train with the weights. Do four intense workouts per week, utilize the split system of training, one body part per week. Do not do super sets, giant sets, and do not use the forced rep system either. These methods will all lead to over training. I was very skinny once many years ago, and I applied the methods above, I'm a hair under 5'8" and I weigh a tad over 200 while not really cut at the present I do have visable abs.

Avoid steroids at this time, train a total of four intense hours per week and eat like a horse. Good luck:)
 
liftsiron is absolutely correct. You need to get that aspect of your routine down or you're not going to see any major results from steroid use. Which by the way your stack isn't the best. It's a recipe for sexual dysfunction. You're going to need some Testosterone in there. Read this forum for a few months while you're getting the diet and training part down.
You should probably prowl the diet board for tips on keeping the calories up.
