Looking for Some Advice...

Greetings everyone!
First off I would like to say that these forums are great and the knowledge here is invaluable! My question is this: I would like to create a thread for myself (and for anyone else with attributes and goals similiar to mine) to figure out how I can get the best results for my next phase of training.

Background/History:
6' ft, 223lbs, 19% BF (I usually carry 12-14%) The extra BF is from not being able to be active as much due to an injury)
I'll be 35 years old in July and train about 4-5 times a week with weight
Cardio is a bit inconsistent but I do teach a spinning class 1-3 times per week

I'm pretty skeptical about supplements but I did get good results from a couple cycles of 1-AD/6oxo from Ergopharm a couple of years ago. Since then I haven't taken any supplements other than vitamins/minerals for the last year, year and-a-half. I have also had some prior good gains with good ole' Creatine.

Now the questions...
I want to go ahead with a mass cycle and worry about pulling the bodyfat off after. Even with my supplement skepticism, I have to admit I like what I'm learning about the products from Anabolic Xtreme. I've reviewed the cycle suggestions and think I should go for a Phera Plex/Superdrol stack. Any comments on this? Do you think I have enough experience for this type of stack? Or should I stick with just one product?

Example Stack:*
Level Two
Wk 1- Phera-Plex 20mg
Wk 2- Phera-Plex 20mg
Wk 3- Phera-Plex 30mg
Wk 4- Phera-Plex 20mg / Superdrol 10mg
Wk 5- Superdrol 20mg
Wk 6- Superdrol 20mg

After reading, the options for the post cycle are:
1) 6oxo- Not too bad.
2) R-xt/Retain/PCT- AX Products
3) Nolvadex- Not sure if I can locate this one
4) Perfect Cycle- Liver Protector

Is there an advantage over one? Should a combination of these be utilized?
I also read MilkThistle is good for protecting your liver and should be taken before the cycle.

What other supplements should accompany this stack? (Other than vitamins/minerals) Creatine? ZMA? NO2 product?

I am also putting together a mass-building weight routine that I will update to this thread when I get the details hammered out.

I'm mid cycle on the "level two" cycle you have listed. I'm 29 and I have training issues, due to injuries, as well. I have been running NOXCG3 with this cycle and had been it taking approx one month prior to the cycle. I"m going for bulk and I'm up around 6-8 lbs. so far, although I'm holding a little water, probably due to the NOXCG3. Me personally I'm not concerned with leaning up right now. I've been eating pretty much everything and anything. Although I generally eat clean, I've been eating ALOT. My water intake is good but I need to get it up a little more. Lifting routine is going well except for a back injury on top of coming off of other injuries. I have managed to hit two body parts a week, when time permits. My recovery time is excellent at this point. I'm not doing much cardio at all right now. Once I get to the end of the cycle I'll start leaning up and hitting the cardio. I want as much mass as possible right now and so far it's going great. Along with the PP and the NOXCG3 I take a multivitamin and "perfect cycle" daily. My pct will be Axe products, retain or PCT etc. Good luck with your cycle.
