Looking for cycle help

I want to start a cycle.

I have access to TEST 400 (ML - 25mg Test prop, 188mg Test nan, 187mg test cyp) , Testtosterona 200 ( ML - 200mg test enantato), and Winstrol (ml - 50mg) (injectable)

I am not sure on the amounts I should use per week.

I have done a 6 week deca / winstrol cycle a long time ago.

I am 30 years old with very little body fat. About 5'10 135 pounds.
I regulary go to the gym 4 times a week and would consider myself a moderate weightlifter.

Looking to about 160. Ideally I would like a shorter cyle but that might not be feasable.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since I really have no idea where to start. Thanks
 
I would start by just eating more bro. 5'10" and 135 is TINY. Not to be blunt or anything, but I'm 5'5" and I weigh 50lbs more than you, and that's when I'm off-cycle. Try that before gear. Make sure to actually count your calories and protein, don't just guess, you're probably getting a lot less than you think. Shoot for about 4000cal/day and at least 200g/day of protein, you'll probably gain 20lbs just from that. If you do decide on gear, you don't have very good choices. T400 hurts like a bitch, lol. Out of those choices I would run T200 at 4-600mg/week since it's usually underdosed, and winny at 30-50mg/day. 1-10 400/week test, 8-12 50mg/day winny. PCT week 13-15. Try food first though :)

No prob bro... I had a terrible time eating enough to grow my first 2 years lifting. I started out at 117lbs and only made it 123lbs my sophomore year of college. Then I hit a small cycle, too soon most likely, but damn did my appetite increase! Got up to 165 with lots of fat and water, ended up at 145lbs lean, 20+lbs from 250/week of test and 25mg/day dbol. After that though, with my body adjusted to eating more, I can maintain 180-185lbs without gear now... above that requires a lotta juice for some reason though. Oh well, I guess it's my excuse to run heavy cycles :)
