Been out of the game for awhile had major surgery 2 years ago. Doc let me hit the gym again feels great. Im 33 and was lifting regularly for 4 years before the surgery, been lifting for 6 months now and ready (I think) for a cycle. Good friend can help with the basic gear for me (test, deca, whinny eq). Was looking for advice on a good cycle to get me back and more ready for the beach. Im looking to put on more size but still not bulk up to much for the summer. I know Im asking for a miracle (the old want size but stay ripped routine) but want to keep with basics. Im 6' 205lbs body fat under 10% just looking for the edge to look good on my boat. I've got my diet going good and even doing cardio this time around (chasing my little 23 year old girlfriend around is helping too lol) So Im looking for advice on a simple but effective cycle, simple and safe. I know its a basic question but been out of the loop for awhile and just looking good advice and whats been working better recently. My guy said its all american gear so if that helps with suggestions, ready for your abuse. j/k Feels great to be back at it, you never know how good something is till you lose it or told ya can't do it.
