Looking for advice.

Been out of the game for awhile had major surgery 2 years ago. Doc let me hit the gym again feels great. Im 33 and was lifting regularly for 4 years before the surgery, been lifting for 6 months now and ready (I think) for a cycle. Good friend can help with the basic gear for me (test, deca, whinny eq). Was looking for advice on a good cycle to get me back and more ready for the beach. Im looking to put on more size but still not bulk up to much for the summer. I know Im asking for a miracle (the old want size but stay ripped routine) but want to keep with basics. Im 6' 205lbs body fat under 10% just looking for the edge to look good on my boat. I've got my diet going good and even doing cardio this time around (chasing my little 23 year old girlfriend around is helping too lol) So Im looking for advice on a simple but effective cycle, simple and safe. I know its a basic question but been out of the loop for awhile and just looking good advice and whats been working better recently. My guy said its all american gear so if that helps with suggestions, ready for your abuse. j/k Feels great to be back at it, you never know how good something is till you lose it or told ya can't do it. Any of those will do the trick, as you know diet is the key.
With those 3 options I'd run
Test 250-500/wk 1-10 Cyp/Eth/Prop
EQ 400-600/wk 1-10
Winny 50mg ED 5-12
Test Prop 100 E3D 10-12

HCG, Novladex, Clomid PCT. 14-17.
 
Thanx my buddy laid out a simular plan but I wasn't sure if he knew what he was talking about. Is it a waste to take Deca by itself for a 8 - 10 week cycle?
 
Best advice is just to take the "slow and steady" course of action, when it comes to gear use. training, as well. No need to get hurt again...With the training as well as the gear use, to go by how you feel, listen to your body,...and don't feel you have to rush into anything. Moderation is the key, I always feel.
 
If you are going to keep winny in your cycle, you may want to work the deca. If you are looking to just put lean muscle mass on, I would grab some test prop to alleviate water retention, winny and eq. If you are feeling spunky, there is always fina. Now that I have had a taste of that, that is my answer to all AAS problems!
 
Thanks again, oh and the surgery had nothing to do with lifting, they had to remove a tumor from my head. But my doctor said that lifting of any kind puts pressure on your head thats why I was off for so long. I thought I'd be a wise guy once and train light and just managed to put myself back in the hospital. I think I'm going to run with what monkey laid out, do you think adding deca to that cycle would be a waste. I only ask because I already have 2 bottles.
 
I've never run deca but from what I've read it is a great choice. You may want to just run Test/Deca/Winny. This keeps things realtively simple and you'll see great gains.
 
running deca with winny is common because of the tightness that the winny creates. Obviously one of the major things deca gives you is extra lubrication to your muscles/joints.
 
I think that moneky arms has it nailed. Keep it simple. Deca will add more slabs of meat than EQ will, its also works synergystically with winny and its anti-prog effects. If you do run the deca, I would run HCG along with it, and not to high of a dose, and not to long. Maybe try something like this.

Wk1-8
Test: 500mg/wk
Deca: 200mg/wk
Winny: 25mg/day

wks9-11
Prop: 100 eod, or dbol 15mg/day depending what you can get.

HCG 500IU once/wk while taking the deca. Simple, but effective, and nothing too staggering. If you use EQ, I would personally use it at more than double the dose of Deca. Deca is much stronger mg/mg than EQ.
 
Thanks for all the good info. I am going to use the deca instead of the eq. I already have it and have used it in the past with good results. As always the people on this site rock.
