Looking at my 1st Cycle - Need Suggestions

I am looking at starting my first cycle

A friend of mine is taking test, Sermorelin and hcg
In what dosages I am not sure
He is taking test supplements and ZMA both in pill form (I wonder if thats just overkill)

Ive been looking at some HGH and test therapy and a few people recommended doing 200iu/week of test cypionate along with hcg on the weekends to sustain my bodies natural production of test

Basically I want to achive muscle mase/fat lose and to increase my energy, inprove my mood swings and roll back the clock 12 years in the bedroom!

I am looking at the following

200mgs/ml per week of test cyp (either in 1 injection or splitting the dose in 2)

This might seem like a low dosage compared to what I see on the forums

at what dosage should I take hcg? and if I go week 1-10 on test cyp would I also want to go week 1-10 on the hcg?

I want to run a 10-12 week cycle and am looking at the Primordial Performance stack for a PCT

What do you think?

Also... I am 32 at 207 lbs

No need to split 200mg test into two injections. This is rather low, personally I would go 200mg monday/thursday if you planning a test cycle. you could use 250iu twice/wk when your balls get atrophied or wait until almost end of cycle to start. Do you have ancillaries on hand? you may wanna consider more research before you start. What is your height/diet look like?

I am 6'0" and my diet basically follows the tier 2 P90X

at about 2400 cal/day
50% protien
30% carb
20% fat

I am doing this because my body fat % is a bit high...around 18%

I lift more then most of the shorter stocky guys at the gym
It pisses me off!

when you say 250iu twice a week you are refering to the the hcg correct?

I dont want to stack too much my first time which is why im looking at the test cyp

I dont want to stack too much my first time which is why im looking at the test cyp

So just run test cyp for 10 weeks @ 400mg/wk injecting 200 on monday and 200 thursday. But first get more knowledge you will need nolvadex tabs/arimidex/hcg

How about this

test cypionate 200mg on Mon and again on THur
Can I sub the test cyp for test enathate at 300mg intervals?

250iu/twice per week of an hcg such as Arimidex or nolva or even anatrozolol

Someone also suggested to take vitamin B-12 injectables
