i have minor gyno, minor to the point that when my nips are cold I can't even tell. I heard of using prep-h to keep them tight all the time, is this effective? Any other ideas? Besides surgery, and ice.

they may just be fat deposits I have those went to a an endocranologist. try yohimburn, or ip's gyno gel.

Start taking some nolva ASAP bro!!! Prep H from Canada will work, but it only hides it, the only real cure is surgery my friend!!

I know surgery is the only real cure. I've started that ball rolling, I see the surgeon on tuesday. Already been to an endocronolgist. She said it will be covered by my insurance. But I really don't like the six week recovery time that some people have said. I wanted to kick of my summer cutter inn a couple of weeks, and I don't know when the surgery is going to be scheduled.
