You used to read fig too? this was the first bodybuilding page I ever really looked at...this was back in 96-97 while i was still in highschool. I go back once in a while to look at the updates and he has some good information. Read his news section..i like how he goes off on things...

back in the day there was a runt named adam who started up a natural bb board... a bunch of people from elite trolled his site pretty hard... they would send nasty emails to adam and adams girlfriend would write back calling them all kinda names. fig was a member of adams natural bb board... he claimed to have 20" arms all natural... he is kindof a dimwit...
