for those that are on HRT and have been for years... is scar tissue from injections becoming a problem? what is your injection routine/rotations?

i have only been doing injections for about 5 months now rotating glutes every week. Now when I inject, the last 1/4" of the needle is very tender going in and is a little harder to push in... is this scar tissue already? To be honest I am a little nervous about delts and quads...

You are fine. There are people that shoot multiple CC's daily. I have been 'on' for quite some time. Try to rotate sites, but it is all you can do. I have to use a 23 or bigger for my delts, but can still use 29's on my quads.

You're fine.

any idea of what that "tenderness" is I am starting to feel?? is it just possible that I am hitting something I shouldn't instead of it being scar tissue?

I would bet it is fairly mental to be honest. Scar tissue is hard. I can bend a 25 gauge on my delts... which is not fun... but I can't poke w/ anything less than a 23 on the delts... to many years of not rotating sites.... and I still use Delts daily for short esters like Tren, Prop and NPP

Hope it is mental... thanks... how long had you injected into your delt before you noticed the scar tissue buildup? what was the rotation history at that point?

Delts - 2-3 years, but a lot of that was 10 week cycles and only 1-2 a year. I am on HRT now, and the scar tissue can faster as the injects did.

I do Delts, Quads, and Glutes... glutes rarely. Anything over 1CC goes in the quads. Daily stuff goes in the delts.
