Long Term Arimidex Use? Problems?

Any studies available on the long term use of Arimidex? I've been off cycle for 5 weeks now, finished off with clomid, nolva and arimidex. I am still taking the arimidex at .5mg EOD. Is it safe to take this indefinately? I love it. Having low estrogen simply kicks ass. Is there any potential for a rebound effect when I come of it? Can it cause the body to produce more aromatase enzyme over time?

Anybody got anything else on this? I am seriously considering staying on it for a while. (Or Femara) I mean while not using anything else.

Estrogen is important to some degree in th male body. Too little estrogen can cause osteoperosis(sitty ass bones) in MEN. There are other problems that I can't think of right now, but normal estrogen levels are important.

I'd have to agree 100%!

Karma your way, brother!

Well I'll tell you what, I have felt awesome for the past 6 weeks that I have been taking this stuff. But doesn't it have some negative effect on IGF-1? Also, is there any potential for a rebound effect when coming off? Like a massive production of aromatase enzyme?

I don't think you need to worry, actually it's a good idea to run low doses a few weeks post cycle.

Femera may not be a good idea, it's too stong.

It also has really bad effects on cholesterol, as opposed to Nolvadex which may actually improve your cholesterol profile.
