Long R-IGF-1 question??

Most popular dosing these days appears to be 40mcg ed IM bilaterally post workout into the muscles worked.
 
I'm trying it now during pct at 50mcg's per day, along with 10'iu's of humalog.
PWO on training days, and AM on non-training days...I'm in week 2 of PCT and my muscles feel full and I have only lost 2 lbs so far...

I'm happy thus far...Hopefully it will stay that way...
