Hey guys. Looking for your advice.
I am coming off a long cycle of test e. Approx 1 year (stupid i know). At the time I felt it was a good choice.
The past 3 weeks I have tapered from 600mg/week down to 250/week.
My PCT looks like this.
Clomid
day 1 - 100mg/day
day 2-21 - 50mg/day
Nolva
Day 1 - 60mg/day
day 2-28 - 20mg/day
HCG
500iu/day for 10 days starting same time as Clomid and Nolva
(No I did not run HCG throughout, I know I should have)
TEST BOOSTER
VIT C
ECHINACEA
B12
VITAMIN E
TOCO - 8
CREATINE
AMINO ACID SUPPLEMENT to use during workout
Keeping my calories very high and continuing training with heavy compound movements.
I know you guys see this all the time but I fucked up and need the advice. Let me know how this looks. THANKS
