She won't do much time if any. I don't think they can give her more than 10 years if that. If you guys can remember the junk bond king Michael Miliken, he only did 2 years behind bars and caused a major financial firm to go bankrupt, he cost people thousands of jobs and lost their money. Thats with close to 100 counts of fraud. Usually in those white collar crime pay nothing more than a fine. She may pay a large fine equal to the gains she made or loss prevented in selling the stock, but jail time probably wont happen.
