Log: [Road to the "six pack"]

So ive decided on a 3rd cycle.. first 2 were bulking(test e/dbol).. now its time for that summer six pack..anyways, ive already been on for about 2 weeks now...i know im a little late but we'll all live.

so heres the cycle:

100mg tren ace Sun/Tues/Thurs
100mg test prop Mon/Weds/Fri
50mg Winny ED

my diet it fairly clean..try to stay under 2000 cals a day..only a lil above 1000 most of the time..lots of good proteins..and i dont fuck around in the gym..usually there for a good 2-3hrs everytime, and always train intense.

Ill start throwin some pictures in here every now and then when im asked or when i feel its best :).

As far as the injects daily goes..its not so bad most of the time.. but the test prop definatley makes me sore for a couple days after the inject, no matter which way or where i put it.. tren is a great, easy and painless shot for me.. and the winny im taking as a 60ml/50mg per ml liquid dropper, which doesnt taste to well.

My hole goal for this is to create a 6 pack out of a no pack :)

Before Cycle:

190lbs
5"8
18yo
18% BF

Currently:

170lbs
5"8
18yo
12-15% BF

will be posting ED/EOD..progress pictures are hard right now cuz i dont have the cable to the digi cam, but ill have it back soon so dont worry :)

2-3 hours in the gym is too much bro. How can you train this long at high intensity?...Oh wait your 18 that explains it.
 
not trying to flame you bro but after a couple cycles you should be bigger and/or leaner and you have no idea what your doing diet wise. Barely over 100 cals???? That's way too low. You'll lose weight but you can't maintaing hard earned muscle with that big of a deficit. I wouldn't cut on less than 2000 cals per day. You need to do some research and get your diet squared away and you'll get better results than with your current diet and all the drugs you can get your hands on. As for the tren, go ED not EOD. Also, why are you rotating the injections (prop and tren)? Combine that in on shot and hit it ED - 50mg prop and 50mg tren. All that rotating then having 2 days in between shots at the end of your injection week is going to keep your blood levels all fucked up.

ok seems u need to read a little more b4 u post.. My bulking cycle i started out at 137lbs..and ended at a little over 190..i feel i did fairly well for a 8week and a 6 week of dbol and test e..especially for a starter..i also said most of the time its only a lil above 1000 cals but thats because i literrally cant eat anymore..plenty of good lean healthy shit..mainly tuna and lean chicken breast and eggs..in no way shape or form have i lost ANY muscle, my size is actually improving. diet wise i get around 150-200g protein a day and b/w 1000-2000cals a day and thats simply bcuz my metabolism is shit...and for rotating injections thats just how i planned it out lol..simply because prop fuckin isnt the easiest shot in the world now..i definatley get very sore after the prop. i only like injecting prop in the ass cuz i dont want my arms to be sore for exercise..this allows me to rotate ass cheeks while giving them sometime to heal..and its only temporary. as soon as my body kinda gets used to the prop ill start taking both ED..right now tho the prop isnt very nice to me :(.

anyways ive seen great effects with it how im doing it..not everybody reacts the same way to these if u wanna do a little "research" yourself..

i work 2-3 hours in the gym because A) im young :) B) i can recovery quickly from my workouts, and C) because i dont waste my time at the gym or my money to workout an hour or so..no im not overtraining..i just take the muscles i workout on that day to failure, and with my energy it usually takes a while..mostly do a warmup, an easy set, 2-3 moderate sets and 1-3 very intense sets.. the reason i feel my workouts are at high intensity because i dont like breaks in between my sets or workouts..so im almost constantly working.. i think its the tren tho, cuz i feel like im unstoppable and or invincible in the gym..some what like a god in a weird sorta way lol..just my way of looking at it
 
i agree.. your on test/deca/dbol twice and you lost 2 lbs? wtf?

how old were you when you first started cycling.. you should rethink your logic here.. im not exactly a prime example of that but hey you live you learn, you tell others..

if you cant get a 6 pack at 18 without gear you more problems than your fucked up injection schedule, and your telling me you "cant eat any more" at 1000 calories... thats like one meal.. or maybe a meal and a snack.. this whole thread is bogus, step away from the syringe.. eat.. sleep.. and grow
 
I almost eat for breakfast what you do in a whole day.
3000 cals should be easy to hit and that's on the low end.
Drop the tuna and eat something a little more calorically dense.
ex. red meat, whole eggs, nuts, oats,milk,cottage cheese,potatoes.
You should be able to get 4000 per day out of what I just mentioned.
I don't care how slow your metabolism is, if you're training 2-3hrs/day then you are losing muscle period on that low of cals.
Why shoot Mon. wed. fri., the ace should be shot ed and you might as well do the prop in the same syringe.
But all that doesn't matter because you are so deficient on cals you will not make any gains no matter what you are taking.

wow..i just find it simply amazing how deca somehow got threw in my bulking cycle.. like i said if you would FUCKING READ, you would know.. it was 900mg test e/week and 50mg dbol ED.. first bulking cycle started at 137lbs, and went up to 170..took 4 weeks off, and lost 5lbs..started again and went back up to 190..i am at 170 BECAUSE IM CUTTING YOU FUCKING IDIOTS..actually i have literrally changed my mind about keeping this log in a matter of hours because of the unreal amount of stupidity and negative support i have received here..if you would just read, you would know whats goin on..maybe you need to get off the gear urself if u cant even fuckin read a simple thread..
 
ok you didnt take deca.. just 900mg test, rofl.. you think because you read a few things from other peoples posts you know what the fuck your talkin about your eating 1000 calories and lifting for 3 hours.. heres the breakdown

A) your young and dumb and dont know what your talking about
B) you started juicing when you weighed as much as a 12 year old girl
C) you are overtraining
D) you probably cant count calories
E) my balls itch
F) your 2nd post on this thread flamed a guy whos been on the forum for 4 years, mistake.

First off bro, I've been in this game ALOT longer than you have and no quite a bit more than you do. Second, you did not go from 190 to 170 and only drop 3% or so BF without llosing muscle. If you lost 20lbs of fat and kept ALL your lean mass (as you said you did) you'd be low - about 6% (do the math bro) Third, your diet sucks. You cannot get by on 200g of protein and nothing else. based on the cals you say you're eating and the cals in 200g of protein you are getting no fats are carbs. You may think you're working out with great intensity but if you really aren't getting any carbs there is no way you're kicking ass in the gym. Fourth, 2 hours in the gym is too much. I don't care how young you are, how much tren your on, how Godlike you may be. If you are able to get through 2 hours with very little rest between set than the sets are not intense enough or heavy enough. A very wise man on this site once said "more is not better, better is better". Training to failure every time IS overtraining. That doesn't mean you won't make gains but you are cheating yourself of maximizing those gains. Trust me bro, I know what I'm taking about. Up your cals - eat some good healthy fats and some good carbs, keep your protein right where it's at and you'll be surprised what your body does. You should have no trouble getting a six pack - fuck bro, I'm more than twice your age and in the middle of cutting and I have a frickin eight pack. You just need to listen to those that know more than you do and not be ignorant.
 
Bro I started juicing at 17. You should wait till 21. I took a few years off and it was night and day. You can grow so much at your age naturally, build a base! It may seem like a crappy idea now, but I wish I had waited and I'm glad I stopped after three cycles and waited for 21.

really i dont think he asked us it was a log, but at 18 2 cycles in and with what hes sayin about his diet.. its hard not to critique
