Loaded by San with R-ALA

Anyone tried Loaded by SAN? It's supposed to be an "insulin mimicker".

It contains R-ALA, ALA, Vanadyl Sulfate, Glycocyamine (Guanidinoacetic Acid) and D-Pinitol (3-0-Methyl-Chiroinositol).

Is this a good procuct?
