yeah, cause you know what most likely happened? that kid got the first drop in his mouth, spit it out, wiped off his tongue and said "mommy, that doesn't taste good." then hopped off the chair, and ran around like a 5 year old does. then the mom took a sip of his drink, realized what it was, and saw dollar signs.

she's suing for a couple of million.

I saw that on the news what a bunch of idiots........can you say LAWSUIT.... nice and loud........the funny thing is the minute my 5 yr old said his apple juice tasted funny i would have tasted it.......then obviously the more my tot began to not sit and not make sense would also alert me to taste it.......bunch of retarded shitheads.

the news here said that the lady realized that it wasnt apple juice when her kid stopped sitting still and wasnt making sense any longer....unfortunitaly in some cases a sip is all it takes to wound a childs liver and knock them out...

well my son is 7, a tad bit over 5 and no he does not sit still and he does not make sense......i think that there was no way to tell about side affects........i think one sip will not affect a childs judgement, but like i said there are cases where it affects the liver with just one sip....both applebees and the mother are idiots!
