Liver Recuperation Time??

I am ready to start 8 Week OX only at 40/MG Day!!

Can't wait...HOWEVER.

I have been abusing my liver for the past few months (since Thanksgiving) via too many beers!!

I want to make sure my liver is ready to metabolize the OX and DON'T want to risk a case of jaundice.

How long is advised to "cleanse" the liver before hitting 17-AA oral??

I have been and will continue taking ALA, Milk Thistle, Multi Vitamin, Omega 3's. I also drink 1-1.5 Gallons water every day.

Get your blood work done and request that GGT be done besides the standard alt/ast that can be skewed via weightlifting...

If you beat it up for a few months then give it equal time to recover.

As I understand it, feed your liver one toxin at a time..
