Liver protectors and oral steroids

I've been reading mixed reviews about liver protectors and oral steroids. Some people say take during some say take after as a pct for the liver. Then I also read what kind of makes the most sense to me is to take your liver protectors 4 hours after each dose. What's your guys's thoughts on this

Prevention is by all means the way to go IMO.
Take NAC for prevention while taking orals at 1200mgs/day. If for some reason you still have elevated liver enzymes in spite of the NAC (which is rare for me personally) take UDCA for treatment of elevated liver enzymes at 250-500mgs/day.

I only have live 52 some days I take my liver protectors 4 hours after some days I wait till before I go to bed some times I don't take them at all which do you think would be best

i took liv52 double stength 2 tabs twice a day with my orals (methylsten and sdrol) and my liver was perfect. continued to take post use for a week at that dose and know a take 1 tabs in the morning just to keep my liver in good shape.
