i am getting supra tren with no ester.I was told to boil it for thirty seconds before injecting.How do i no if 30 seconds is enough time?
Also how do i know when it is cool enough to inject. Thanks for any help

I wouldn't boil it, just put the vial in very warm water in a coffee mug. Let it sit a few minutes thgen inject.
