Little Help Pls

hey everyone , my girl friend wants to start workingout with me and i really don't know much about women workouts and dieting so can u pls help me thanx.

She want to tone up her thighs and outer hips anlong with her ass (which i like anyway). so if u can place a trannig routine in what to do and maybe a dieting program that would help me alot thats ladies.

She can probably just follow what you are doing -- if she is just getting started she will need to become comfortable w/ the weights & getting her form tight before worrying about lifting heavy. There is no need for her to be "scared" to lift more then the cute little 3 lb pink weights tho!

Diet-wise i would recommend doing a little searching to find some "newbie diets" -- getting her started on the basic 6 meals /day, more protein, good carbs & fats will be a start. Just cleaning up the diet & gettign on that schedule takes a little geting used to.

Doesn't sound like she has much to lose, but remember that you can't "spot reduce" so its going to take some lifting & diet time to get started. Probably good to add in cardio a couple times/ week as well.

Women SHOULD train just LIKE MEN!!! There is no difference in routines...we can throw the iron around just like you....I agree w/ sassy..start her off slow..dont hammer her the first week or she will hate it and never come back...gradually get her into it...Keep her away from the light weight, high rep bull shit..let her lift as heavy as she can..3 sets of 8-10...For legs she can do squats, lunges, leg press, leg curls, leg extensions, hack squats, dead lifts etc...Her diet should be her main focus...without a good diet, her training will all be just a waste of time...I would split up her bodyparts...chest/back, legs, arms/shoulders or however you do it...keep her away from full body workouts..a lot of times that is how women like to workout...also do not let her spend hours of endless time doing cardio...weights first focus...cardio if needed.

He is a stencil neck, why does he even work out? Time for 100mg every day of anadrol 100! Maybe that will put 2lbs on his stencil body. Oh well.:wavey: hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!
