For those of you who have developed gyno from test/dbol and used nolvadex to combat it, how long does it take for the nolva to start working. I'm 6 weeks into cycle and gyno started about 3 weeks ago, just got/started nolvadex wednesday. When will lumps go down or stop hurting, growing? Taking 40mg a day for 3 days, then 20mg a day.

In my personal experience Nolv start working three days after first take. My case was that I was not use Nolv ( I was taking Test Cyp ) and inmediately gyno start I took 20 mg Nolv each day.
Maybe you need more time because you started later ( three weeks later you get gyno ). By the way the two AAS that you are using are very estrogenic. Maybe you need some help with other kind of anti-estrogenig, Arimidex or Proviron
I suppose that you finish with Dbol, so that it be helpful

Your lumps will not go away...they may reduce in swelling a bit but they should stay. If it's not noticable, as if u don't have a breast, then just continue taking your nolva at 20mg's ED. At the same time look for better products such as Liquidex/armidex, fermera, or lestrozole. These work better but nolva can do the job. Looks like you're sensitive to gyno, don't do cycles without anti-e's if u plan on using test or dbol.

ull lose the water and the puffiness, but the knotts will stay, it will make them not as tender and hard though...nolvadex works pretty quickly....day or two..
