How do I take this shit? 30ml-25mg/ml Bottle It has a dropper. One drop a day or a week. I have no clue what so ever. Help a dude out please!lol

Take a syringe, draw out 1ml , that will equal 25mgs, put it in lemon juice and that's your daily dose.
