how do you measure how much liquidnol you are doing if it's in the dropper? (i.e. how much is in a full dropper?)

I would mix the liquid nolva with some juice (e.g. grapefruit) otherwise it will make you gag. If I remember correctly, one whole dropper full was equivalent to 25mg...but you can send them email & ask to confirm that ([email protected]).

just use a syringe to be safe. i use insulin pins that i broke the needles off and i put in in V8 spicy hot. dont even taste it..Great stuff!

You're right about needing to mix it up. Didn't even think about it and after taking it straight, it's not the most mouth-watering flavor.

you're right it's 1 FULL dropper = 25mgs, but I'd use a syringe and some lemon juice
