on a sust cycle of 500mgs a week. and will be adding winny on week eight of this 13 week cycle. have some liquidex. should I add this to my cycle to prevent gyno and bloating or do you think 500 of sust a week is not enough to worry about. if so what dose if liquidex should i take. i am 2 weeks into cycle. any help would be appreciated thanx.

I think you'd probably be ok without it. Just keep nolvadex around in case your nips get puffy or sore. If you really want to be safe you could run .5mg/day of arimidex to keep the gyno at bay.

Do get gyno at that dose you would have to be very prone to oestrogen. I'd run the cycle without it as some bloat is good

i would never take the chance. 1cc or 1mg every other day.
once you get it there is only one way to get rid of it.
plus who wants bloat.. fuck holding water.

of course you need anti-Es, do at least 0.5mgs ED
