Alrite, the goal is to thin out my mid-section, which just had left over excess weight from when I used to be large. The tits, love handles and that last little pudge below your belly button are hard to get rid of. My diet could use some touch ups, and as for cardio would epliptical for 30 minutes 5 times a week be suitable (along with my scheduled workout)? I'm going to try one last time without any clen, but rather with a strict diet and cardio. Because like you said I can probably do it with the right diet. Thanks for the tip, you're always helpful.
Good to hear that you are willing to take the steps neccessary to reach your goals without resorting to a substance that you most likely dont need.
30 mins on the elip. is good cardio. If at all possible, if you can do it in the morning on an empty stomach that would be best. However I realize that for the majority of people thats not usually an option.
Dieting has been my biggest downfall. Up until the past 6 months, I have really never made a strong effort to dial my diet in, whether it be to bulk up or to cut down.
Within the last 6 months, I made it my goal to get back into game shape and get to my college weight. I had gotten down to just above 180 pounds. Im 6'2" and for me 180 pounds is pretty damn skinny. I started doing a lot of research and everything I read stated what was blatently obvious all along... DIET is the most important thing.
My metabolism is sickly high. I sit on the couch, i lose 5 pounds. To top it off, I rarely ever have any kind of appetite. That made putting weight on in college, coupled with football practice constantly... extremely difficult. It took me 2 years of busting my ass in the gym and eatting everything in sight to get above 215 pounds.
These last 6 months, I have my diet as close to being dialed in as I ever have... and its 300% better than ever before. My gains in these last 6 months have blown my college gains away. I'd like to say its because im a little older now and my metabolism might be slowin down a bit... or because Im not running my ass off in football practice constantly... but the bottom line is, its because Ive started taking my diet seriously.
