tbol has a longer half life than dbol...12 to 16 hours i think...therefor it should be taken 2x/day for more stable blood levels. i'm not saying that it's not gonna be effective if taken once a day...just better stabilization of blood levels.

3 times a day is optimal even if the half life is 12 hours
dividing the does makes it eazier to filter out of the body and can help with the absorbtion process

6 am apoun waking
2 pm mid day
10 pm before bed

your body can on ingest and absorb so much of anything at one sitting
