How do you guys take this stuff? I've tried washing it down with lots of water. Uck.

Add it to some soda, fruit juice, milk, protein shake. Basically add it to anything that has some taste and it should not bother you.

I do this and can feel the cap starting to soften in my hand as I walk from the bathroom to get a glass of water.

That's what I mean. What kinda tastes good? Mine's LR and it's hella nasty.

I'm doin that with a glass of water. I tried mixing it with v12 -v12 tastes good - but it hada weird chem reaction. got all bubbly like an alka seltzer. I dumped that one out.

It's 20mg/ml and I'm doin 1ml at night. 1 ml is a lot. Won't fit in an "0" size cap, that's for sure.

What I do is fill mouth full of water and open it as if gonna gargle, then squirt amount in and just swallow, hardly any taste and beats mixing it with stuff as you know you got all of it in your body.
