Liquid Nolva Question

Started my cycle of test/eq last week and I think that I am starting to feel some tingling in one of my nips. Could just be in my head, but I do have some very mild gyno from puberty (no lumps, just extra fat).

Anyway, I have some liquid nolva from Adv-Ste. Was wondering how to injest it. Do I shoot it straight into my mouth? Mix it in a shake? Does it matter?

Do I start taking it now, or wait to see if soreness starts?

60mgs a day for 3 days to frontload followed by 20mgs a day is what I have researched. Is that correct?

Start taking it now. I don't know if 60mgs makes all that much sense. Take 40 today and then just run 20mgs for the life of your cycle. Just take it straight. No need to mix it.

I would order some adex to have on hand in case things were to get out of control. Depending on the dosage of your cycle bro, I would almost even recommend running the adex as your control and then saving the tamoxifen for PCT. If it is just extra fat it could be pseudo-gyno and not the real thing.

I would say that the power of your mind to THINK you might be getting gyno is very powerful too. You feel a little itch all of a sudden or your nips are a little puffier than you think they normally are. It could be nothing, but it could be everything. So don't panic just yet.

Get everything together and see what happens.

20mg/day is a good dose. You can drink it straight or mix it with a little juice since it tastes like ass.

The nolva isn't helping so I just ordered some liquidex. By the time that I receive it, will it be too late?

Keep up the Nolvy.... A-dex will take a little bit to kick in because you will still have some active Estrogen in your system that has to work itself out naturally...

Thats sooo tru about the mind... when I'm off... I try to pay more attention to that shit...so that when I'm on I know my mind is tricking me... My nips tingle when off cycle too...
