Liquid Nolva. Mix with water?

I just ordered some liquid nolva from ancillary guys. What do you guys reccomend I do to take it? mix with glass of water?

I use fruit punch. Just make sure what ever you use it has a strong flavor. That stuff tastes BAD!

1 cc fits perfectly into "00" gel caps, no bad taste at all!

yes pretty much anything, but like I said lemon juice is best due to taste, you can get the sugar free

OMG i second that on the bad taste. I got it and did a shot straight up and had Nolva mouth for like 6 hrs. Now it's the gelcaps

yeah my liquid adex tastes like straight barf. i like to take it and then chug pure cranberry it seems to really clear out the taste buds quick, same concept as mr. x

no need for all that bro. what u are tasting is the PEG,
anyway i just squirt mine in with about 6-8oz of gatorade or something like that with a strong taste, you wont even notice it.

magarita mix

just a tablespoon of that (magarita miex) and some Ldex is what I did

definetly lemon juice orange juice i've noticed with all AG guys stuff if you have something with a strong citrus taste to mix with it it totally takes the strong taste away...if you take their shit straight you'll want to scrap your tongue with a wire brush it tastes so bad!
