Liquid Nolv shelf life?

I have liquid tamoxifen on reserve for when my pills are used up, but I notice some separation in the liquid. Is this stuff still good if I need to use it? I've had it for about 4 months opened.

no prob, shake it up, or put it in hot water bath

if its in water, it probably has a very short shelf life

if in oil, then about as long as the tablets (years)

try not to heat it up. heating is terrible for big drugs. warm water bath only really if you want your gear to last
