i meant for long periods of time...
you take the powder and ingest it! its works for a day or 2
but if you submerse your creatine in water for months in a bottle i think it becomes useless......ask fonz he would know

Creatine is not stable in liquids. It converts to a waste product, creatinine, which is excreted by the body, fairly quickly. Meaning that the 2.5g servings in Muscle Marketing USA's creatine serum serving is probably more like .25g, if it still has even that much.
That also means dont mix your creatine drink and put it in your bag for 3 hours, and definitely dont buy shitty liquid creatine.
