100mgs(2ml's) Next 10 days
50mgs(1ml) Next 10 days

Right from the bottle seems to burn into you touch. You will not be able to taste anything else for several hours.

Besides the gelcaps, you can also mix it in with a citrus drink like orange or grapefruit juice. It helps a lot with the taste. In fact in a whole glass of orange juice, you will not even taste 3 ml's of it. Now 6 ml's, well just make sure it is large glass of OJ!
