Liquid Clenbuterol

I have some 200mcg/ml liquiclen and had a question regarding its measurement. I was planning on using a syringe to ensure an accurate dose. I realize, for instance, if i wanted 20mcg i would draw 1/10th of a cc. Is this the best method to use? It seems between the room for human error and the extra liquid in the needle that it would be easy to overdose. Would i be better off using an insulin syringe and convert from iu's? Sorry if this post is redundant, but didn't find exactly what i was looking for on the generic clenbuterol search on the EF homepage. Thanks.

Use the syringe it's easy, 1/10th is easy to measure.
