I have a bottle of clen thats about a year old. I was wondering if it might be ok to take it. I was also wondering what the recomended intake was for a 220 pound guy to take, because I keep reading about people taking 150-200 mcg a day and that seems like way too much. When I started taking it, I was told to only take half a milligram of the stuf and that was enough to give me the rise in body temp as wella sthe shakes.
 
when i was taking it at 220, i start off low around 50 mcg of the liquiclen then worked up slowly til i got to some bad sides of cramps which was aruond 200 mcg, so i went back to 150 mcg, but start off around 40mcg.
 
I read someone elses post where they recomended pretty much the same as Sweed. I would stick with what he says. Its what I'm going to do!
One question though. Do you take it all at once? In the morning?

I took it upon rising in the am before my 3:00 cardio session before b-fast... ahh that sucked.. just once during the day.. it lasts about 35 hours, just not before bed, lol
 
i take it after i eat breakfast, but when have built my tollerance up say 2nd wk, i take about two times a day. no later than 3 though.
 
I have been up to 350mcg's a day and split it 3 times a day. Tylenol PM works wonders for helping you go to sleep. I just never take it after 5:oo or 30 min before a workout.
