Liquid Clen & T3

I want to do a cycle with liquid clen and T3. My goal is to get very lean. I want to know what type of dosage and how I should cycle it with the T3. How many days on how many days off? What is the best diet for this as well? If any lades have previouse experience with taking liquid clen and T3. I would love to hear what sort of results you got? As well as an side effects you may have had. This is my first time venturing into something that was not over the counter supplement. So I am trying to find as much info as I can before I start.
